VISCA DEVKITS / COMING SOON

Build the interaction.
Explore the hardware.

From a conversation on screen to an interface you wear. The planned Mellow devkits give developers a way to explore how agents and humans interact through spatial experiences and deliberate sensor input.

COMING SOON / PLANNED Q2 2027

Mellow Glasses

A planned devkit for exploring interaction with agents in the space around you. The design starts with a physical camera cover, closed by default, and explicit control over sensing. Explore spoken direction and visual feedback beyond a desktop screen.

Display, sensing, compute, and connectivity specifications are not yet announced. These are development goals, not confirmed hardware capabilities.

COMING SOON / PLANNED Q2 2027

Mellow Cap

A planned devkit for exploring deliberate wearable input and audio feedback. Study how a signal becomes an interface selection, how a person confirms it, and how the agent responds.

Neural and subvocal interaction are research directions. Sensor support, calibration, and decoding performance require validation; the kit is not a promise of general thought reading.

MELLOW GLASSES / DESIGN PREVIEW

A familiar frame.
Privacy you can see.

Explore three frame directions with a physical camera cover, then look inside the proposed hardware. Built around the Mellow palette and Visca’s interaction foundation.

Devkit planned for Q2 2027
Mellow Glasses everyday rectangular lilac frame concept with clear lenses and translucent temples
01 / Everyday frameConcept render. Final hardware may differ.

An everyday shape. A new interaction.

A softly rectangular frame in Mellow lilac, with translucent temples and restrained metal hinges. The design puts a physical camera cover first, shown closed by default. A deliberate action opens the cover; the indicator is additional feedback, not a substitute for the cover.

WHAT DEVELOPERS COULD PROGRAM

From a human input
to an agent response.

Explore the intended interaction. These controls describe a design direction and do not connect to a device.

A camera cover you can see and close.

A physical opaque cover is the camera privacy design requirement. Keep it closed by default and make opening it deliberate. Camera permission, microphone controls, recording indicators, and data retention must each remain explicit.

Industrial design concepts, not finalized specifications. Sensors, optics, audio, compute, and connectivity remain subject to engineering validation.

MELLOW GOGGLES / DESIGN STUDY

Bring your agent
alongside the work.

A new wearable concept for laboratories, workshops, and hands-on environments. Explore an enclosed form, physical privacy controls, and optional modular input in the Mellow hardware family.

Concept exploration · Availability not announced
Mellow Goggles exterior design concept with a translucent lilac frame, wraparound visor, strap, and closed camera cover
01 / ExteriorIndustrial design concept. Final hardware may differ.

Keep your attention on the work.

A wraparound visor, adjustable strap, and tactile controls explore an interface for hands-on tasks. The Mellow palette carries into a more enclosed form for labs and workshops. The physical camera cover is shown closed.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATIONS

Different places.
The same human authority.

Express a task, inspect the interpretation, and decide what the agent may do. These examples describe possible experiences, not connected device functions.

Stay with the experiment.

Explore step-by-step protocol guidance and deliberate observation capture. Review an agent’s proposed lab-record update before saving it.

Goggles are a design study, not certified protective eyewear or a shipping devkit. Impact, chemical, optical, fit, and workplace suitability require separate testing. The Q2 2027 target for Glasses and Cap does not establish a Goggles release date.

ONE INTERACTION PLATFORM

Your hardware interface.
The Visca foundation.

The goal is to connect device input and feedback to the same agent identity, context, tools, and permissions. Developers can explore their own application experience with Mellow’s workspace and SDK. A new form should connect to the work already in progress.

Start by defining the person, the task, and the interaction you want to evaluate. Device APIs, supported software, kit contents, and sample applications will be detailed before ordering opens.

Explore the platform

Before you plan a project.

When will the devkits ship?

Planned shipping is Q2 2027, covering April through June. This is the current target, not an order confirmation. Final availability and ordering details will be announced separately.

Are the devkits free with Mellow?

No hardware pricing has been announced. Mellow software is free forever for personal use. That promise does not include hardware devkits, third-party services, or organizational deployments.

Will every interface work offline?

Offline support depends on the device, models, runtime, and service dependencies. Connectivity requirements will be specified for each kit. Air-gapped support should not be assumed from a local connection alone.

Can I discuss a project before ordering opens?

Yes. Bring the task, intended users, input and feedback requirements, and the environment in which you want to test. A project conversation does not reserve a kit.
