Common pricing questions.

What does usage-based pricing scale on?

Three dimensions: the number of active agents you operate, the volume of credential grants brokered on their behalf, and the audit retention you require. Most teams find active agents the dominant cost; we publish detailed pricing during procurement and provide a calculator on request.

Who maintains the stack once it's inside our perimeter?

Its own operators — agents that deploy, upgrade, patch, rotate credentials, and answer incidents, under the same identity and audit as everything else. Your team keeps three jobs: declare intent, sign approvals, hold the kill-switch. All three recorded.

Can we move between managed and in-perimeter delivery?

Yes. The stack is identical across delivery shapes — only where it runs and who holds the boundary changes. Configurations, identities, and audit records move with it without rewrite.

What about compliance certifications?

No certification is completed at this time. The stack is architected against SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR/CCPA requirements, with FedRAMP on the roadmap; we will publish completion dates as each closes. We do not claim certifications we have not earned.

Do you offer a free trial of Visca Cloud?

Yes — sign up at access.visca.ai. The trial includes full Visca Cloud features for the first 30 days with a usage allowance suitable for evaluating production patterns.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

We support full export of customer data and audit records for 30 days after cancellation. After that, data is securely destroyed per the retention policy in your tenant. For Enterprise, longer-retention and legal-hold options are available.
